Where is my order?
If you have supplied an e-mail address when placing your order you will receive the following:-
You will receive a shipping confirmation from Choice, by e-mail; on the day the order has left our warehouse.
(If you did not supply an e-mail address at time of order, i.e. on a telephone order, the sales operator would have given you some indication of when the stock would leave our warehouse).
Our standard method of dispatch is via Royal Mail First Class post. We quote the guidelines laid down by Royal Mail of delivery in 2 to 5 working days. We are unable to track deliveries by Royal Mail before this time has passed.
If you do not receive your order 5 days after dispatch please, in the first instance, check with your local post sorting office that they are not holding a package for you, and if they are not, contact our customer service department.
