How can we help you? I have tried one of your competitors, which seemed a good idea at the time, but found that - while these inks produced good quality prints at a fair price - these did not live up to expectations! The colours were not as natural as those produced when using Think+ cartidges, and the Think+ cartridges from 'Choice' provide much better value for money! I have therefore just ordered a set of Think+ Inkjet Cartidges for my Epson R265 Printer, and will not be purchasing elsewhere in the future.

I do not normally write to companies unless I have a complaint or they deserve praise for their service, so here goes.

Having been a customer of "Choice" for a good number of years now, this is an ideal opportunity to say a huge thank you for the service you have provided to me.

You certainly live up to your name and are very fair and "customer friendly".
The customer service department is very polite, helpful and so willing to help on all sorts of queries.

I had problems with a couple of cartridges once and the service was second to none. Cartridges sorted (by return of post) a helpful dialogue and a happy customer. Recently the problems on delivery (due to the postal strike and flooding in South Yorkshire) were soon sorted with a friendly service through a quick phone call.

Please thank your staff from one very satisfied customer. I may not be a bid spender, but I certainly find that my irregular orders are all treated exceptionally hastily and I continue to recommend you to people when they comment on the standard of colour produced in documents and photographs. You do not need a posh expensive printer with expensive cartridges. I have an Epson Stylus Colour 880 and use the Think and Re-ink cartridges. They are excellent.

Well done Choice Stationary - keep up the good work

I would just like to say that I have been using compatible inkjet cartridges from Choice Stationery for some time now, and have always been more than satisfied with the quality and value for money. They are less than half the price of the original (Epson) cartridges, and in my opinion produce better quality photo prints when using the Think cartridges. I noticed the service was slightly slower than usual the last time I ordered, but at least there was a good reason for it as explained in your email. 

Keep up the good work of supplying a quality product at a realistic price, and I - along with many others I am sure - will continue to come to ChoiceStationery for their supplies. You deserve the accolade from the ComputerActive magazine via their readers - of which I am one. Congratulations.

I have bought from your firm (only small amounts, but important to me) for many years now, and have always been totally satisfied with your quality, your good value and your excellent service.  When I complained about the tint of some inkjet photo paper a few months ago, your staff were polite, sensible and rapid in their response.  That is one of the reasons I have continued to deal with you.
 
Last year I was with my brother-in-law in Austria, for whom I had placed orders for his inkjet supplies.  We found that a cartridge would not fit his printer, so I had to enquire of your staff what to do.  He was absolutely astonished and delighted that we had the problem licked in a couple of hours through an exchange of emails.  There is nothing like dealing with real people, in this country, who make good service their buzzword.
