How Do I Make A Purchase ?
Its easy to place an order online. Once you have located the items you need simply place the item you require in your shopping cart by clicking on "Add To Cart".

When you add items, your shopping cart will be displayed giving you the option to "continue shopping" and add more items, or "checkout now" and complete your order.
You may change the contents of your cart at anytime, by selecting "View Cart" from the top menu

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from overseas, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo & Maestro. You may also send your order and credit card information via phone, fax, or snail mail.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

How will I receive my order?
We use Royal Mail to delivery your order by packet post, so you should receive your order with your normal post.  Sometimes we may choose to send your order by Parcelfoce if your order is over a certain weight, however this will be at no extra cost to you.

Not At Home For Delivery?
No worries, simply enter your invoice address and select to have your order shipped to your work place, a neighbour or even a friends house.  We do try to pack parcels so they will go through a letterbox, if however your postman or the driver is unable to deliver your order they will leave a card so that you can re-arrange delivery - alternatively just call us.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

If I Buy A Cartridge From You Will It Void The Warranty On My Printer?
Most certainly not! Compatible replacement cartridges and supplies do not void the Printer Manufacturers Warranty. As extra peace of mind though should one of our cartridges cause damage to your printer, we will collect, inspect and repair / replace your printer free of charge within its original 12 month guarantee.

Can I Exchange An Item?
We all make mistakes, if you order an incorrect item we will be happy to exchange it for you within 28 days of purchase. We may charge an admin fee of £3.50 to cover our postage and we would ask that the item is unopened. Please contact us for further instructions before you return your item.

What Does OEM Stand For?
OEM stands for "Original Equipment Manufacturer." OEM's such as Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, and Lexmark are the companies that produce your inkjet printer as well as cartridges that are used in them. We offer both OEM name brand and non OEM name brand products. Because many of our products do not carry the OEM name, we can offer them to you at a lesser cost. Our non OEM name brand products such as Think , Re-Think and Think Alternatives utilize the same printer specific ink as the OEM name brands.

Do You Offer OEM Products?
Yes, we offer OEM name brand products such as Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, and Lexmark as well as non OEM, compatible and remanufactured products.

What Are Compatible Cartridges?
Compatible cartridges such as Think and Think Alternatives are specifically manufactured for us to meet or exceed the Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications. These cartridges offer a high standard of quality, reliability, and offer high-quality printing results. Compatible and generic cartridges are brand new cartridges, containing only new components, and are an economical alternative to expensive brand-name cartridges and supplies. The use of compatible or generic replacement cartridges does not void the printer's warranty.

What Does Professionally Remanufactured Mean?
Professionally remanufactured cartridges such as Re-Think HP & Lexmark have been recycled to meet or exceed the Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications. The recycling and remanufacturing process involves inspecting, disassembling, cleaning, replacing worn out parts, reassembling, and refilling the toner or ink. Once the process is complete, the cartridge is then tested, sealed, and ready to be sold.

Can I use your ‘Think’ ink with Epson original brand inks in my printer?

You should be able to mix Epson brand inks with compatible cartridges without any problems in most printers. Very rarely we have encountered printers that are so sensitive to the information supplied by the cartridge chips that it cannot cope with a mixture of cartridges, but these printers are very few and far between.

I have just installed 4 cartridges into my Epson printer and the printer will not recognise them?

We always recommend replacing cartridges one at a time because if any one of the new cartridges has a faulty chip on it the printer will more than likely reject all of them. In a lot of cases the printer will be able to identify which of the colours is causing the problem, and replacing the cartridge should resolve the problem. If the printer is unable to identify which colour is causing the problem then we recommend reinstalling the empty cartridges and replacing them one at a time to see which colour triggers the problem.
