Our telephone lines are open for support and ordering Monday to Friday 9:00am until 5:30pm. We do not outsource our call centre and your call will be answered in our Taunton offices by a friendly Choice representative. Telephone 0845 094 5730 or 01823 250060

Fax your enquiry or order to our UK call centre. We also accept official orders from local authorities and education departments by fax on 0845 094 5740 or 01823 250061

Our address for correspondence is listed below, however please do not send returns to this address as this may delay your return. Please email us to obtain a returns authorisation number and a returns pack will be emailed back to you with our correct returns address.

Returns

If you wish to arrange a return, you must in the first instance contact us for an RMA number and our returns address.  Any returns sent back without a valid RMA number will be disposed of or recycled as we see fit.
